• Attacking a Company Owner in 2019: He was accused of giving death threats and physical assault to a company owner while serving in the post of Principal Secretary in the Department of Minor Irrigation.

• Having rude and violent behavior towards staff: In Feb 2023, a video of KK went viral where he was seen talking in a harsh manner with Deputy Collector and Bihar Administrative Service Association members (BASA).
