Plot
MobLand is about a large crime family called the Harrigans who rule over London. This is the story of the Harrigan family, a family of criminals and a gang of seasoned rogues that calls London home. Their criminal empire runs several illegal crimes, which will become unstable if there is conflict in the form of War with the competing gang that is known as the Stevenson Gang.
Harry Da Souza is the Harrigan family’s fixer. He is to clear up fix-ups, stop fights from breaking out and fend off the opposition to the family. Harry has a wealth of experience, isn’t scared of anything and is an authority and trustworthy figure in the criminal underground. But things take a turn for the worse when rebellious grandson Conrad’s cousin – Eddie Harrigan – gets himself into his grandfather’s trouble.
With the situation escalating, both families are mustering up their war forces. Criminal organizations gradually bottom out as a result of murders, betrayals, blackmail, police investigations and a host of legendary deals that are sealed in secret. Meanwhile, Harry is trying to shield his own wife and daughter from the turmoil that rages around him.
The emotional story-telling is one of the best things about the series. Powerful, but manipulative, secretive and traumatized, the Harrigan family are splintered. Meanwhile, family member Maeve Harrigan continues to manipulate people with her own ends in mind, and Conrad fights to keep the reins on his empire.
Corruption and law enforcement is also a major focus of the series. Police cops infiltrate into the Harrigan organization and sneaky informants stir up paranoia within the family. This equilibrium of crime and police inquiry increases the suspense of the story even more.

MobLand Production details
The origins of MobLand date back to an origin as a spin-off from a TV series, Ray Donovan. The concept was then changed to an independent crime drama, which was also redesigned later in the project.
The production picked up in London in late 2024. The series featured several high-profile directors, such as Guy Ritchie, who directed the first few episodes and gave the show its stylish crime drama vibe.
Several real-life challenges arose while shooting this production. The entirety of the camera gear was stolen from the set and as for a construction company working on production, word doesn’t go around right now that it went out of business. In spite of these problems, shooting went on and began to proceed without difficulty.
The overall look of the series emphasizes realism, minimal lighting, urban settings and intense emotional scenes. London is an important player in how you feel about the world of crime; it establishes an atmosphere which is grounded and real for the story.
